Little bit of sleet

Could be snow, but it looks more like sleet.  And it's not going to melt anytime soon since the temperature is below freezing with a wind chill of 17.  It is way too cold for comfort.

Guillermo has decided not to work outside on the shed today, at least until late this afternoon when the sun is forecast to peek out.  We shall see.

So, the sun never came out and the wind chill stayed in the low twenties all day.  So, it was a totally inside day for us.

6 weeks old

Scotty had his 6 week checkup on Monday.  Amazing, 6 weeks already!  He weighed in at 11 lbs. 8 oz.  His newborn clothes have long ago quit fitting him.  Today I went to the store looking for a new outfit for him and it was somewhat of a shock to have to bypass all the cute little precious little teeny little newborn clothes.  That was over with so fast and it felt a little sad.  But Guillermo is wanting Scotty to get bigger fast so that he can have a little helper in his garden again like Fernando was!  ;-)

Or as he's called at home - Cuda pie.

It finally got a little cold and rainy again in Tucson!  So now Scotty can be dressed in some of his precious winter clothes, which he's probably outgrowing at this very minute.

So, Rebeca sent us a second video!  We love both of them!

Oh how I wish we were closer so that we could hold little Scotty before he gets any bigger, which it is obvious he is already getting bigger!

Rebeca says Scotty has been getting a rash on his face and neck.  Well, hopefully it's just something that most babies get.  She says it has been quite warm there in Tucson, so maybe he has a little heat rash.
