Pretty flowers

Yesterday, we took scissors when we went by our old property to cut some flowers to take back to the trailer.  Good thing we did it yesterday, because today, the mowers were back, and they mowed down all those pretty orange flowers.  I had planned to cut more of those orange flowers today, since they seem to make excellent cut flowers, but they were all gone.
BUT, our old yard and field look nice and neat again, with the freshly mowed grass.  It will be a pleasure to walk around in it this evening.
