It's COLD in San Antonio!

And cloudy and rainy.

The Holidays are officially over

Reyes Magos came last night!
Well, everything comes eventually and our last day with Rebeca, Jason and Scotty is now here.

I will really really miss holding little Scotty at this young age.  He is 14 days old today.   

We had a nice breakfast in the morning and then the Reyes Magos gifts were opened.

Left Tucson at 11:30, got to Benson at 12:30.  Met Roy at Rebs Cafe for lunch.

 Left Benson around 2 and got to El Paso at around 6pm.  Got a hotel - G went to get a little something from Rudy's which is right behind the hotel.

Taking Scotty outside for some fresh air - which he ended up getting upset about and wanted to go back in.

And in the evening Scotty enjoyed a much wetter bath.  Still not in water but even so, he enjoyed the wetter than usual wash cloth.

11 and 12 days old

Well, got on the computer too late for a Jan. 3rd date.
But anyway, here's what Scotty looks like at 11 days old.

When we first started taking these pictures, this is how his face was.  It was like he was thinking, "Oh, the Paparazzi is back.  There's that silver round thing in their faces again and sometimes it makes SUCH a bright light."  It was so cute how he kept staring at the camera lens. 

Then he just relaxed while the picture taking went on.  

Jan. 4th - 12 days old

Scotty was a little cantankerous today.  Not many good picture taking opportunities.  So, here are some taken while he was sleeping.

2nd day of the New Year

Scotty sure kept his eyes open for long stretches of time today!

I guess this has turned into a Scotty Blog!  Oh well, he makes a great subject!

And starting yesterday, I've noticed that Scotty really seems to pay attention when you talk to him.  He looks at you as you're talking and stays real still as if focusing on the sound.  He seems to really enjoy someone talking to him!
